1. Who we are and what this covers
TrunkMD is a brand of Trunk Health Inc. ("TrunkMD", "we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. It covers the website and purchases made on it. Questions, and every request in this policy: hello@trunkmens.com.
What this policy does not cover: medical records. If you receive care from a licensed clinician through services offered here, the records of that care are created and held by the independent medical practice and its laboratory and pharmacy partners, under their own privacy notices and, where it applies, HIPAA. This site is not where medical records live.
2. What we collect

When you give us an email address, we keep one record per address per form, so signing up twice updates your record rather than duplicating it. We also keep any messages you send us, so we can answer them.
3. Health-related information
Parts of this site can ask health-related questions, for example a quiz question about your testosterone level. Those answers are health-related information, and we hold them to a stricter standard than anything else we collect:
- they are stored in our own systems only, and never placed in analytics, advertising, or payment tools;
- they are never sold, and never used to target advertising;
- we do not run third-party analytics on the pages that ask them;
- your payment records identify you and your order, never your health-related information.
If you receive medical care through services offered here, everything clinical, including intake answers, lab results, and treatment records, lives with the medical practice in its own systems, separate from anything this site uses for marketing. Some states give you specific rights over consumer health data, including the right to withdraw consent and to have it deleted; email hello@trunkmens.com and we will act on it (section 8).
4. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- fulfil orders and run subscriptions, including delivery, receipts, and support;
- provide what you signed up for, and respond when you contact us;
- send marketing messages where you have asked for them; every one comes with a way to stop;
- understand how the site is used, and improve it;
- keep the site secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
5. When information is shared
We do not sell your personal information, and we never share health-related answers with advertising or analytics companies. Information is shared only:
- with service providers that run the site for us: hosting and infrastructure, payment processing, and analytics on our Learn pages. They receive what their job requires;
- where clinical services are offered and you choose to be connected with an independent medical practice, with that practice, so it can provide your care;
- when the law requires it, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of you, us, or others;
- as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to the transferred information until it is updated;
- at your direction.
One disclosure deserves plain words: our Learn-page analytics is Google Analytics with Google Signals enabled, which lets Google connect visit data to signed-in Google accounts for cross-device reporting and its ad features, under Google's own privacy terms. Some state laws treat this kind of disclosure as "sharing" for targeted advertising. Section 8 covers how to opt out. This analytics never runs on pages that ask health-related questions.
6. Cookies, analytics and local storage
Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics on our Learn pages only. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, use Google's own opt-out controls, or both; the site keeps working without analytics cookies.
Separately from cookies, the site keeps a few values in your browser: the flag that remembers you have access to the site, your audio-player preferences on Learn articles (playback speed and listening position), and, on the order-confirmation page, your first name, kept for that tab only so the page can greet you. These stay on your device, are not sent to our servers, and clearing your browser data removes them. The shop page's cart is not stored at all: it lives in the page while you browse, is discarded when you leave, and what you chose reaches us only if you start checkout, where it becomes part of your order details (section 2).
Some browsers send signals such as Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. The site does not currently respond to these signals; the choices in section 8 are the reliable path.
7. How long we keep information
Signup and quiz records are kept until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them. Order and payment records are kept as long as tax, accounting, and consumer-protection law requires. Hosting logs are short-lived and rotate automatically. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
8. Your choices and rights
Every request below goes to hello@trunkmens.com, from the email address your record is under; we may ask you to confirm the request from that address to verify it is you. An authorised agent can act for you with proof of authority. We do not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
- Stop marketing: use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to any text, or email us.
- Access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or receive a copy of it in a portable form.
- Opt out of targeted advertising or "sharing": tell us and we will exclude your data where we can; you can also block analytics cookies and use Google's opt-out controls (section 6).
- Withdraw consent for health-related answers and have them deleted (section 3).
Depending on where you live, some of these are legal rights, and some states also give you the right to appeal a refusal: if we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our response, and if the appeal fails you can contact your state attorney general.
9. Children
This site is for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email hello@trunkmens.com and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we limit what we collect in the first place, which is the strongest safeguard there is. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us and we will investigate.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site and the law change. The effective date at the top tells you when it last changed, and if a change is material we will take reasonable steps to tell you, for example by email or a notice on the site, before it takes effect.
